Steinway Signature Series: The Roam Duo featuring Steinway Artist Svetozar Ivanov and Ghadeer Abaido

The New Tampa Performing Arts Center’s Steinway & Sons Model D Concert Grand will be featured in a performance by the Roam Duo featuring USF’s Steinway Artist Svetozar Ivanov and Ghadeer Abaido.   
  
The Roam Duo is a piano ensemble that focuses on artistic creativity and collaboration across disciplines.  
Pianists Ghadeer Abaido and Svetozar Ivanov engage their audiences by incorporating poetry, musical symbolism, and audio soundscapes into their piano performances.  
 
About the artists 

Ghadeer Abaido is a Palestinian-Jordanian pianist with extensive experience in the music world, performing classical music as a soloist to collaborating with chamber music groups and orchestras in the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. She’s currently an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida (USF).  
 
Svetozar Ivanov is a Steinway Artist who has made numerous appearances as a recitalist and orchestra soloist worldwide. He currently serves on the faculty of USF, as well as resident artist at the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival in Vermont, the Brancaleoni Music Festival in Italy, and others.
