Tickets

  • Tickets to events produced by New Tampa Performing Arts Center are sold through our online box office at NewTampaArtsCenter.org/Tickets.

    Tickets to events that are not produced by NTPAC are sold by the various organizations that perform in our facility. Visit our events page for a calendar of upcoming shows, performances, and special events. Select an event to get more information and find the appropriate ticket link.

    You can also sign up for our newsletter to get the latest event news sent straight to your inbox.

  • For tickets purchased from our online box office, the email receipt does not serve as your ticket. Your tickets will be available at Will Call starting one hour prior to the performance.

  • Please check your spam folders for the email receipt. The receipt will come from hillsboroughrec@rectrac.com.

    If it's not in your spam folder, please email us at TicketsNTPAC@hcfl.gov or call (813) 829-2760 and a staff member will be happy to assist you.

  • Everyone, including infants and young children, will need a ticket to enter the theater. Please be advised not all performances are appropriate for a young audience.

    Please contact our staff or the presenting organization if you have questions about the content of an event or performance.

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • If you can’t make it to a performance and would like to gift your tickets to a friend or family member, please contact our staff so we can assist you.

  • We do not have any control over third-party ticket resales and cannot accept invalid tickets. Please be cautious of online ticket resale scams for overpriced or invalid tickets.

Venue and Arrival

  • Our address is 8550 Hunters Village Rd. Tampa, FL 33647. We are located behind The Village at Hunter’s Lake shopping center.

  • Parking is free. We have a large parking lot with ample spaces, including six accessible parking spaces.

  • Late seating policies will vary depending on the performance. Every effort will be made for latecomers to get seated at the earliest possible point in the performance.

    Patrons may be guided to seats other than the ones they purchased to cause the least disturbance to other patrons. If there is a scheduled intermission, there may be an opportunity to be seated in the originally purchased seats.

Accessibility

  • Yes, our theater has ADA and companion seating. For questions about ADA-accessible seating, please email us at ticketsNTPAC@hcfl.gov or call (813) 829-2760.

    Please also be advised that the theater has tiered seating banks. All seats in rows B through S require stairs to access.

    For cabaret seating events, such as the New Tampa Unplugged series, seating is comprised of tables and chairs on the floor, with tiered theater seats behind. All table and chair seating are ADA accessible, as is row AA in the theater seat section.

  • Yes, we have six accessible parking spaces. These parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also a designated drop-off and pick-up area at the front entrance.

  • Yes, we can store a limited number of wheelchairs. Please contact us in advance so our staff can make the appropriate accommodations. You can email us ticketsNTPAC@hcfl.gov or call (813) 829-2760.

  • Yes, all restroom facilities are fully accessible.

  • Service animals are permitted in the theater and the venue. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
